We are located next to the municipal park, which features a baseball field, tennis court, playground and volleyball area. Our home is right next to the cottage. The Roost, Strawbale Construction

You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

Located in the far corner of Montgomery county, near Berks, Lehigh, and bucks county you will find our converted hayloft guesthouse above our barn and farm store. From the guesthouse you have beautiful views of the pastures which keep our cows, Chickens, and sheep as well as views of the tallest point in Montgomery county - “Mill Hill”. This cozy space is ideal for the solo traveler--business or pleasure--a couples' weekend getaway, or small family trip. Guests can park in the parking spots of the driveway. Free Wifi is also available.

My house is well located in a quiet neighborhood with a private driveway, Lehigh valley airport is about 15 minutes away, Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom is about 5 minutes, Bear Creek is about 15 minutes away, Costco, Target, Starbucks, and whole foods are only 2 minutes away, near i78 with many restaurants to choose from, this is not the entire house, is the basement which has a private entrance with private bathroom, you don't share the place with anyone, is exclusively for guests.

Former comic book and baseball card shop on main street in Pennsburg renovated into a mid-century haven. Queen size bed, full bath and kitchenette with stone countertops. Private key-code entrance in front. White picket fence lined yard in back is perfect for sitting on warm days. Walking distance to restaurants and food store. On-street parking. The unit is on main street so there is traffic noise. We do ask that guests are respectful of permanent tenants in the building.
