Guests are welcome to roam through our ancient bluebell woods, picnic by the lake, and make friends with our rare breed sheep. We are a perfect base to explore Winnie the Pooh country, and the many National Trust properties, walking trails, local pubs and vineyards close by. The Studio has Sky TV and SuperFast broadband to aid working from home. There is off-road parking and your own patio area for enjoying the garden. The Studio is accessed via the garden gate and has its own security light, path and stable door. Dogs are welcome to stay for an extra fee of £50.

Within walking distance of East Grinstead's historic High Street where you will find a selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs. It is a few minutes drive from the Bluebell Heritage Steam Railway and the beautiful Ashdown Forest for country walks.

The Cottage is a delightful property in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Situated in the village of Ardingly the property is located in the centre of the village. Guests can use one bedroom and have exclusive use of the rest of the cottage which benefits from its own private garden and patio area. The cottage is 20 minutes from Gatwick and 10 minutes from Haywards Heath Railway Station. Local attractions include the South of England Showground, Wakehurst Place & The Bluebell Railway.

Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

The Sheep House

A stylish, spacious and comfortable barn conversion on the edge of The Ashdown Forest in beautiful East Sussex. Walk directly from the accommodation up onto the Forest via Pooh Bridge or head into the village for excellent pub meals. This area truly is picturesque English countryside at its best but is remarkably close to London - an hour by train to/from either of the local stations or about 35 minutes drive from Gatwick. The South Downs and south coast are also within easy reach.
