Mollie 's Cottage ialah penukaran bangsal satu tingkat yang terletak hanya 10 minit berjalan kaki dari pantai berpasir di Chapel Point. Terdapat taman tertutup, sesuai untuk berehat selepas pengembaraan hari yang sibuk. Ia menjadi pangkalan yang hebat untuk percutian keluarga di pantai timur. Aktiviti luar berhampiran termasuk laluan berjalan kaki dan berbasikal yang baik. Sesetengah kawasan pantai mesra anjing. Pantai ¾ batu. Kedai, pub dan restoran ½ batu. The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
