Rent our private basement unit as your next home away from home while you explore Providence, Rhode Island, Boston, and MA! We renovated our basement to be a private in-law suite for our mother, with its own entrance (in 2024!) She’s not able to use our 2 bed unit anymore, so we’ve listed it on Airbnb! The space is a thoughtfully designed and decorated apt with privacy in a quiet area, with all the amenities you may need. Our goal is that you’d always feel comfortable, safe, and peaceful!

You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS MUST BE ON THE LISTING. Perfect hub location for families visiting New England colleges and universities. This cozy 3-bedroom, 2nd floor space is approximately 3 miles Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design and Johnson and Wales University, short walk to neighborhood playground and park, bakery/coffe shop, fine restaurant, 5-minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Great central location for trips to beaches in RI, Newport, Southeastern MA and Cape Cod. Nearby Amtrak access to NY and Boston.

My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.

We have a newly furnished apartment on the East side of Providence. This unit features brand new furniture, high end Nectar mattresses, laundry, and expansive roof deck. It can comfortably sleep 4 and room for up to 6. The location is central and minutes from downtown Providence, Brown, RISD, Miriam, and a few blocks away from beautiful Lippit park. There are numerous cozy shops up the street - coffee shops/bakeries, restaurants/bars, and unique local vendors such as Frog & Toad.

Our tiny was built for family and dear friends to come and enjoy Providence, and all the surrounding wonders. When it’s not shared with our family and friends we open it up here. It’s what Airbnb was when it first started, just regular folks opening up their spaces for people who love traveling and exploring or who might be curious about tiny house living.

Our one-bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people and a cozy stay for more than two. It's a stone's throw away from Hope Village, where there is plenty of charm, shopping, and great food. We are less than a mile from Brown and RISD. The apartment has its own private entrance. There is no parking on the premises, however, there is plenty of free street parking, very often right in front of the house.

This is a second floor apt. There are 2 bedrooms with a private entrance/exit for each. The rooms are not huge but the apt. is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is spacious with coffee maker, frig, stove, microwave, air fryer. Bathroom is unique, it has a shower and separate bath tub. Also, this apt is for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. Wifi included. Parking, garden, pets allowed. Extra fee for pets.
