It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Taylor’s Lodge is set in beautiful surroundings overlooking a private lake. We have ducks, chickens, two cats and a friendly dog. Enjoy feeding the fish, you might even see the heron on his daily visit! No fishing please. We are set in 4 acres with beautiful walks to Buxted Park, Ashdown Forest. There are two pubs within a short walk, both excellent food. Our lodge is fitted out to provide a comfortable stay with nature in abundance.
