Petit Puntos is a detached cottage with optional heated plunge pool set within its own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

Hay un atajo para bajar en 10 minutos al pueblo La cabaña tiene 35 metros y está totalmente equipada con una cama nido convertible en 160 x 200 y en el altillo (cuya altura máxima es 1,55) tiene una cama de 150 x200. Tiene una escalera empinada para acceder al altillo. La urbanización tiene un jardín comunitario cerrado . Dispone de mesas y sillas para comer y cenar fuera. No dispone de WiFi.

Rustic Annex sleeps 1 to 2 people ( Dogs are welcome ). The apartment has small fridge and gas hob as we are off grid there is (no microwave, )and small eating area and sofa , separate bedroom room with large super king bed ,bathroom with shower , outside sitting area and a gas bbq ,, Ten minutes to the beautiful fishing village of L'Ametlla De Mar. (Please note the public road to house is tarmac with few bumps due to tree roots . )

2 Bedroom House, sleeps 6, large garden, surrounded by Pine Forest. This is a lovely fully equipped, South facing house situated in Labenne Ocean, 500m from the Ocean. The open plan kitchen living room has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. The house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it. You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
