Le logement en entier est à la disposition du voyageur. L'appartement est situé à un endroit calme et paisible à proximité des commerces ( Coop, denner, migros, ...) des restaurants et pharmacies, mais aussi arrête des transports publics ( métro et bus). Je tiens à préciser que le logement ne dispose pas de parking place gratuit. Néanmoins les voyageurs en véhicule peuvent garer leurs voitures dans les parkings publics. Les places bleues sont gratuites. pour cela il faut avoir un disque

Appartement pour 1 - 4 personnes au 1er étage d'une maison familiale entouré de verdure avec vue sur le lac Léman et les montagnes dans une ville calme, endroit très bien situé proche de la ville de Lausanne (10 mins). Proche des transports publics (bus 2 mins) et de la RTS, de l'EPFL École polytechnique (en face), SwissTech Convention Center, Rolex Learning Center, EPFL Innovation Parc et de l'Unil (Université de Lausanne), ainsi que tous les commerces d'alimentation.

Appartement au bord du lac

Appartement au bord du lac Léman, de petite taille mais tout refait a neuf, avec une piscine privée de l'immeuble, un parking privé pour une voiture, une plage privée au bord du lac, par contre il est nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer, notamment pour aller en Suisse ( assez éloigné de l'aéroport de Genève ou de la ville de Lausanne, avec des bouchons fréquents). Les déplacements en transport en commun sont compliqués et peu développés.

The apartment is located in a privileged area, and close to everything: Lausanne train station (1km), Bellerive beach (1km), Migros store (100m), Milan park and its botanical garden (100m). The apartment has a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed allowing sleeping 2 people separately. A private parking space ( max 4m long ) is available.
