Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Drummond Tower / Castle

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.

(There are currently NO animals on the farm, as this is primarily a nut tree farm.) The Pavilion is a Luxurious Self Catered Wing of Foulis Castle just out of Evanton near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. The Pavilion is positioned within beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the Cromarty Firth. Foulis Castle is a 15-20 min walk away from the Storehouse of Foulis Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm).
