Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Επιπλέον, πολυ κοντά με το αυτοκίνητο βρίσκονται οι αρχαιολογικοί χώροι της αρχαίας Ολυμπίας και του Επικούριου Απόλλωνα. Adjacent to the house is the delightful, award winning Mercouri Winery, which is open to visitors for tours and tastings.

OUR ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS OF A HUGE DOUBLE BEDROOM WHERE THE BARRELS WERE PLACED. THIS CONTAINS A LARGE DOUBLE BED AND TWO SINGLE BEDS. A BRAND NEW AND MODERN BATHROOM, A LIVING ROOM WITH A CORNER SOFA AND A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH ITS DINING AREA.
