There is a 2 burner stove, cold water sink seasonally(jugs provided in winter) a dorm fridge, and basic kitchen ware. Tea and coffee provided, veg & eggs for sale. The shower is at the main house, (either indoor or outdoor) and a bucket-style compost toilet is in the apartment. There’s a full bed and a fold out couch.

Cozy cottage on Graham Lake. Sleeps up to 5 people. But keep in mind the cottage is very small and would be tight for 5 adults. It’s more suited for 2-3 adults, or a small family. Imagine coffee on the deck with a view of the lake. Bring your canoe and fishing pole, or browse the shops and restaurants in downtown Ellsworth. If you like the outdoors, there’s plenty to do. The area is filled with hiking trails and beautiful views. Just 45 minutes from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor.

My Blue Heaven

The cabin is totally renovated with new appliances. Very cute and cozy, perfect for couples looking for a romantic get away. Jenkins Beach is closed for renovations this summer but you can still rent/launch boats there for a small fee. The cabin has WiFi and two TV’s, one has Apple TV, the other has streaming services as well and both have DVD players. Our cabin is not childproof, so not suitable for children under 5. Please look closely at the pictures if you’re bringing a small child.

Enjoy the peacefulness from the screened in porch which overlooks the lake after a day of hiking in Acadia National Park. You will hear the call of the loons while relaxing.

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

Bucksport is located on Penobscot Bay and offers a one-mile long riverside walk. One dog, 20-lbs. or under is allowed.
