Welcome to the Q-Corral, located in the heart of wine country! We are located within a short drive of 5 wineries and can arrange tours to any others you wish to visit. Our apartment is a 1BD 1BA with a full kitchen, spacious deck, and private entrance. There is also an 220W EV charger upon request. During your stay, we welcome you to experience the "farm life" and interact with the many animals we have on the property. This can include collecting your own eggs for breakfast from our chickens!

Your private entrance has a shaded patio for lounging, surrounded by a secluded, park-like backyard. Local wine or sparkling cider provided for you to enjoy.

Make memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The RV is located next to the main house on an acre. 3 beds w/ private master bedroom. Through the gate, you will find a shared hot-tub, gazebo, bbq, firepit, kids playground , and plenty of room to relax under full grown trees. You also have your own dedicated parking spot. All of the essentials you need for your stay are provided. It is equipped with A/C that keeps up with the heat, as well as Gas and Power to run everything inside.

This listing has had some issues because of poor management in the past, these have been resolved with the new management. It is in the heart of West Richland. Just a couple of blocks away from amazing restaurants, coffee shops, parks, the Yakima River, West Richland Golf Course, and so much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, or cozy home base while exploring everything Tri-Cities has to offer.

NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Enjoy the tranquility! The Grain Bin Inn is located 15 miles north of Pasco, WA on an organic farm, featuring over 300 different crop varieties, from asparagus to zinnias!
