Price is for the en-suite room only but a full English Breakfast is available upon request at £10pp. During the Summer months breakfast can be taken in our beautiful Courtyard Garden! Stunning suite in the Ambleside fell Rooms property with parking in the heart of Ambleside. Our two Junior Suites with their own private parking spaces, external entrances and small fenced patio area with mountain views and are perfect when visiting Ambleside. Each suite has a seating area, large bedroom area with either a king size bed or two single beds (please advise on booking). The bathrooms are spacious and come with a lovely walk in shower. These suites are also dog friendly

Our Lodges consist of 25 ensuite bedrooms spread across 5 buildings, set in woodland running parallel to our golf course. The Main Lodge consists of 13 bedrooms in 3 room types across the ground and first floor levels. In the Main Lodge you will also find our Reception and Hotel Bar. Leading away from the Main Lodge, on the raised boardwalk that meanders through the woodlands, are the 4 individual lodge - each with three ensuite bedrooms.
