Il est climatisé, propose le wifi pour ainsi qu'une télévision connectée en wifi (TV Orange). Une machine à laver, un lave-vaisselle, une cafetière Nespresso, une bouilloire complètent l'équipement. Il offre deux terrasses paisibles (Est et Ouest) et bien sûr un accès à la piscine partagée (avec les propriétaires)
