Creekside Studio (private entrance)

Creekside Studio is a cozy, well equipped, private yet centrally located studio retreat in South Escondido. It is on a 1-acre, quiet cul-de-sac lot, attached to the main house (our residence), with it’s own private entrance. The studio has a small kitchenette (no stove), a queen size bed and a twin sleeper/couch and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Roku TV, free-WiFi keep you entertained or hang out on the deck with your coffee in a park-like setting.

Fallbrook-Mountain Rim Retreat-Endless Views

Enjoy views to the ocean, atop a secluded mountain retreat with 52 acres of private hiking trails. Look out on the private waterfall lagoon pool and sip coffee among acres of fruit and palm trees. Or enjoy the attached, indoor bouldering/yoga room before you start your day. In the evenings enjoy amazing sunsets while relaxing by the gas fire pit. The views are amazing and endless. This attached apartment to my home has a private entrance with driveway parking. There is plenty of street parking as well. The 500 sq feet unit includes a private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, smaller sitting area in bedroom. Enjoy your privacy during your stay! * Sorry, I am unable to accommodate long term stays * there are safety concerns with assistance animals as current dog on premise is aggressive towards other animals.*

The room has a private entrance. It's ideally located in a residential area of Ocean Beach. 5 blocks to the beach, OB pier, and 2 blocks to village life, shops & restaurants. It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
