In the 1700s Queen Anne of the Netherlands gifted a parcel of land to her Dutch subjects, the Schoonemakers. The family built a stone cottage, from which they cultivated acres of orchards in the Hudson Valley. Today, you can stay in this 275-year old stone cottage and enjoy its modern kitchen, European bath, wide-plank pine floors and sun lit bedrooms. Orchard Tiny House

We are open! Visit majesticfarm .com and insta majesticfarmheritage to get a sense of the grounds. You can also purchase wood, meats and so on. Tiny house located in the forest at the edge of an organic apple orchard. There is a picnic table and a camp fire pit. There is a shared kitchen and outhouse. FALL/WINTER advisory - the water features are generally turned off from November - March. There is no heat or electric in the house.

Timberframe

The Timberframe is a handmade seasonal building with a full size memory foam bed on the same property as the main house. It was my Old Painting Studio. There is a full bathroom in the main house on the first floor just for guests. Due to Covid-19. there is also porty-potty 40 feet from the Timberframe. Our Boodle Hole Beach is 4 min car ride away..beautiful refreshing stream, 13 acres..Details in the booklet when you arrive.
