Acclaimed social realist painter Reginald Marsh's family estate is known to be unique for Woodstock with its ball shaped junipers, a pond that brackets the house, expansive lawns, a gathering of birches and 100 year old cone shaped cedar trees. In short walking distance to the center of Woodstock the secluded setting with a private waterfall bordering a public preserve as well as the attention to architectural detail is unique.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Cabin 192 takes you back to 1992 with: a vhs collection of classics, a Super Nintendo, Sega, and other fun activities. It's just a 15-20 minute drive to the quaint Village of Saugerties, Kingston, Woodstock & Rhinebeck. Sit & watch the river run by on the screened porch or on the deck down by the river's edge, bbq (4 burner gas stove), play board games, take a kayak or swim in the river. Kitchen w/full amenities. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved.

Lakeside Cottage: Boulder's Bluff

Come enjoy the serenity of our renovated lakeside cottage! Guests can enjoy their time relaxing fireside with panoramic views, hiking or biking 22 miles of trails running through our backyard, and let's not forget splashing around in the lake. We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets. Pack N Play available only when request ahead of time. Pack N Play sheets not provided.

Our Tiny house is your own private, cozy adventure steps from your private access to our dock where you can explore the Esopus creek. Try out the fishing for some trout. Enjoy the fire pit outside your tiny home or choose to lounge in the hot tub which is available at anytime during your stay. We hope you will enjoy the charming and rustic feel of this unique home.
