The front porch with Southern swing is great for morning coffee and the large back screened porch has outside dining & living spaces with smart tv. Guests love the charming outdoor spaces !

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

From family reunions to camp outs, birthday parties and even senior portraits, this property holds a special place in our hearts.
