We'll be experiencing Heart Math with biofeedback.
HeartMath is a technique that teaches us to align our mind with our heart, to get into heart-mind coherence. It makes mindfulness meditation a game, which make it much more interesting and easier to reap the benefits. Coherence is a state in which the body functions optimally and healing is facilitated.
With biofeedback, it quantifies our practice, we can track our progress during each session, view scores/statistics and improve over time. Practicing Heart Math in this way is NOT meditation. Meditation is a beautiful practice where you may observe your thoughts, observe your breath without trying to influence either.
Heart Math as practiced with biofeedback is much more like training for the mind. It’s a skill that is developed over time. Strengthening the heart-brain connection leads to greater patience, improved focus, heightened intuition, enhanced emotional intelligence, greater control over the neocortex and less susceptibility to amygdala hijacks, healthier relationships with self and others, and higher quality sleep.

We start off by going through the neuroscience of this practice, and how it influences our biology. We then jump into a guided session and close with two biofeedback device sessions.

You will walk away with a technique that quickly resets your nervous system and puts you in a state of coherence.
