Beginners, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative and Meditation available, no previous yoga experience needed. All props and equipment provided, just bring yourself and comfy clothes.

Mondays or Fridays early morning or later in the evening to wind down at the end of the day.

My name is Amanda, I am a qualified yoga teacher and have been practising for over 20 years. Yoga has helped me to reduce stress, find ease in movement and to find moments of stillness within an otherwise very busy mind!

Important: Please be aware that you will be responsible for your health during yoga sessions; including any long term diagnosed illnesses and pre-existing/new injuries. As a requirement of my insurance, please be advised that you will be asked to complete a brief health questionnaire/disclaimer before your session begins informing the teacher of the above. This is to ensure that any modifications can be given so you can enjoy your session fully! Thank you

The setting is lovely, quiet and calming. Perfect location for a yoga session. We were in the garden for our session and it was so tranquil. It allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the moment. Right from the start, Amanda was very warm and welcoming and really interested in what we wanted to gain from the session. The whole experience was amazing and we will definitely be going back for more.
