Break a sweat and enjoy watching the sun set on the beach

We'll meet at Camps Bay Beach depending on the weather and time of day for introductions, do a warm up and some stretching before diving right into the workout! Get ready to break a sweat and work up an appetite. The workout will last one hour in total.

Once we've finished the workout, we will head to a local smoothie bar for a healthy shake on me or coffee depending on what you like.

If you would like to stay for breakfast on your own account you are welcome to do so and ask me for advice on what activities you can do in and around Cape Town. Who knows maybe we will even plan a hike together.

Any fitness level is welcome - I just need to know beforehand if you have any injuries so I can plan accordingly.

Thamar was so fun and accommodating! She led us through a great workout (even as I wasn’t feeling great) and then we enjoyed grabbing a smoothie and chatting with her afterwards. Would highly recommend!

Das Workout war insgesamt spitze. Obwohl Thamar eigentlich für diese Woche keine Termine angeboten hatte, konnte ich nach Rückfrage mit ihr einen Termin ausmachen. Ich war dann tatsächlich die einzige, aber sie hat das Training professionell durchgeführt. Das Workout war sehr abwechslungsreich und ging von Aufwärmen über einzelne Übungen bis zu einer Tabata-Einheit. Sie konnte meine Leistungsfähigkeit gut einschätzen, so dass die Übungen weder zu leicht, noch zu schwer waren. Am Strand zu trainieren vor einer tollen Bergkulisse und dem Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund war natürlich Urlaubsfeeling pur. Am Ende gab es noch Stretching mit Yoga-Elementen und dann zur Belohnung einen leckeren Smoothie. Thamar machte auch einige Photos, die sie mir anschließend zuschickte. Ein zusätzlicher Service und eine nette Erinnerung. Thamar ist sehr offen und sympathisch, ich habe mich super nett mit ihr unterhalten (obwohl ich bestimmt 20 Jahre älter bin) und hatte einen sehr schönen Vormittag. Ich werde diese Session bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Kapstadt wieder buchen und kann das Workout bei Thamar wärmstens empfehlen!

This was a fantastic experience! Thamar is a wonderful person and I'm really glad to have met her. The weather wasn't good for the day I had booked, but we still got together anyways, and then rescheduled 'squats & sundowners' for another day. Her husband & friends who joined us were great company...a fun workout, good food & great conversation with amazing people. A highlight of my trip to Cape Town :)

Thamar is a great and an extremely friendly workout trainer. She prepared a training at the beach, which was customized to the participants. A lot of fun, hard training and a great view of the sunset. Thamar prepared an awesome picnic after the workout, sitting at the beach with some locals. The trip was more than accurate. She prepared some tasty cakes for the birthday of Anne, who also took part in the workout. Thanks Thamar! You were a great host!!

If you're looking for an amazing setting and challenging workout with cool people in one of the most beautiful cities in earth, look no further! This workout was tough, fun and a great way to meet people. We had amazing food after and watched the sun set over Clifton beach, one of the nicest beaches in Cape Town - just as described. Thamar is super friendly, fitness-minded and always ready to push you beyond your comfort zone to work you to the core. I have only great memories and new friendships! Thank you!
