The home is renovated but old - uneven flooring and imperfect finishing work.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This studio has parking right to the front door. It has an open kitchen into the spacious living room. A macrame room divider divides the living room and king size bedroom. Enjoy sitting on the patio and watching the sheep and horses in the pasture. Attached to A Stone's Throw, the option of renting both units make for a great reunion weekend. Lots of special touches, including Granny's cookies, will make you feel pampered at Studio 55.

This is the smallest of 4 apartments in a beautifully restored, turn of the century home that was turned into apartments in the 1920s. Three huge sycamore trees surround the house. The fully fenced back yard is a nature retreat complete with pond and sometimes frogs. Large decks surround the back of the house with each tenant having their own share of deck and a BBQ. We also have a boat ramp about 300 yards from the cabin. We are a minute drive from the famous Van Buren county that has multiple unique things to offer. Come relax and enjoy the great outdoors!
