We have a dock where you can tie your boat and have direct access to Lake of the Woods. Enjoy a unique experience of being remote, on the water, yet in the community. Located on a wooded 5 acres with 400 feet of waterfront, you have the North Country seclusion and are still just a 10-minute walk from the amenities of downtown Warroad. The space is equipped with many amenities to allow you to pack less and enjoy your stay! This is a back lot cottage. Across the road from the cottage is a public reserve pathway leading to lake access. Perfect spot for you to drop in one of 3 kayaks that are included for use with your stay. There is a small public beach which is a 5 min walk away. Wifi is available.
