We have a spacious bedroom suite with a private entrance located off the deck that is open for guests to use for a morning cup of coffee or take in the views. The suite has a space for everything with a table and chairs, queen bed, full bath and sofa. A Roku television and wifi complete a cozy space to relax. We are centrally located, within 15 minutes from historic Jonesborough, and 30 minutes from Johnson City, Greenville & Kingsport.

3BR/2BA ONE LEVEL Brick Ranch located next to Bays Mountain 5 mins from downtown Kingsport, W/D, Full Kitchen, 50 "TV w/Roku provided for you to access your streaming services. WIFI provided. There is no cable TV. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an added pet fee. Can accommodate up to 6 guests. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Also located on our 6-acre estate is a 2nd BNB rental the "BEARFOOT CHALET" to allow families to be close.
