Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

The property is on the second floor of our two unit home. It has its own private entrance for guests and on-street parking. Land + Sea is an 1890s farmhouse in the Head of Westport neighborhood, just a few minutes walk to the East Branch of the Westport River. Spend the days kayaking nearby or at nearby beaches, then come back to rinse off in the outdoor shower.
