It includes a comfortable double sofa bed with its own ensuite facilities including shower, toilet and wash basin. there is free on street parking on the road and 2 min walk up the tarmac footpath to the house, 5 min walk to pub.

We are located, with easy access to Falmouth and the city of Truro.
