Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Mysig stuga vid skogsbrynet

I natursköna Trångsund, 18 minuter från Stockholms central, hittar ni denna mysiga stuga. En tio minuters promenad tar er till Trångsunds centrum med mataffär, apotek, kiosk, kemtvätt, skomakare och enklare restauranger. På lika lång tid går ni till närmsta badplats eller omtyckta caféet och restaurangen Villa Printz. Stugan ligger precis vid skogsbrynet, intill en vandringsled. Härifrån hör du hackspettar och andra fåglar och i gryningen tassar såväl räv som rådjur och harar ofta förbi.

Small apartment with own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge etc and its own toilet. The spa with a wooden sauna, bath tub and a shower is mainly for your own use. The laundry and recreation room are shared with us. The apartment is in the basement of our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården .

Alla lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. En soffgrupp och pentry finns med. Du får en kod till dörren av värden ankomstdagen. Ni kan checka in hur sent ni vill. Även laddbox till elbil finns mot en kostnad per kilowattimme. Den mesta belysningen är dimbar. En uteplats på en veranda under tak är tillgänglig.

Villa vid sjö, 15 min till city och naturreservat

Slappna av och njut i detta i detta unika och lugna boende nära sjön Magelungen i området Fållan Trångsund. Du kan ta ett dopp eller åka ut med paddelboards i sjön. När du vill känna storstadspulsen så kan man ta tåget ”pendeltåg” gångavstånd 15min och tar 10 min Södermalm 15 min city taxi in till södermalm som tar ca 10-15 min beroende av trafik. Tyresta nationalpark 17 min med bil 8km till Tel2 Arena, 10 km till Skanstull, 13 km till T-centralen 20 km till Friends Arena

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

Prepare your breakfast in the big, fully equipped kitchen and bring outside to the seating area in the courtyard for a coffee in the sun. Then, get to work at the desk by the window with its fast and reliable wi-fi, visit the city centre or the close by Tele2Arena, or head out into the nearby nature reserve.

Private apartment in my house

Your own private stylish apartment in my house, located in Tallkrogen/Enskede only 15 min on the metro from central Stockholm. Parking available right outside. I just had this beautiful apartment build and everything is brand new. Two rooms: a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two, and a living room with a full kitchen. The living room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed that sleeps two more people.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
