The first floor accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with bathroom with shower over the bath and a fully fitted kitchen. The accommodation is accessed via a front door leading to the utility room which leads to a hall way with access to the first floor and old pub bar area. There are numerous takeaways within Hartley New Ash Green and Longfield most of which do deliveries
