The property covers 35m2 and can accommodate the following number of people: 2+1. In the apartment there is one bedroom, one living room where one person can sleep on sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with private part of the garden equiped with grill and garden furniture. Kitchen is equiped with table and chairs for every person; kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine. Die ca. 50 m² Wohnfläche sind verteilt auf Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, 2 Schlafzimmer (1x Doppelbett und 1x Stockbett/ Ausziehbett) sowie Bad mit Dusche/ WC. Zum Haus gehören Garten und Garage. Wir nutzen es selbst min. 1x pro Jahr und haben in den letzten Jahren viel renoviert: Fassade inkl. Fenster/ Haustür (2015), Badezimmer (2017), Küche (2018).
