There is a twin or superking downstairs and a double bed ensuite on the upstairs mezzanine room. There is a large shower room downstairs. The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

Fernhill is a peaceful and stunning home, offering a comfortable stay for up to 13. Located in the hamlet of Felbrigg, the house boasts 5 double bedrooms, a social area, sun terrace and lots more. Situated in a unique woodland setting, the home provides wonderful views of the surrounding nature. With footpaths from the front door leading to the gorgeous Norfolk coast or to Felbrigg Hall, Fernhill is the perfect base for exploring. Cromer town is only 5 minutes away, with ample amenities.

Idyllic sea-side retreat!

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wanet edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

The Back Barn - Stylish seaside barn

The Back Barn is a super holiday cottage in Cromer. Recently built it is beautifully presented, with a lovely bright and sunny feel from the moment you walk in. With wooden floors to the main room, and tiled flooring in the kitchen and hallway, it is great for dogs and children. Especially with the French Doors leading directly onto the very safe fully enclosed garden. The decor in the sitting room has a Scandi feel to it and is very comfortable. There is private parking outside.

The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.
