The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Yksityinen uusi rantamökki isolla tontilla, amfiteatterimaisella sijainnilla erittäin puhtaan Livojärven rannalla, Lapin Rivieralla. Kaksi saunaa (puulämmitteinen ja sähkölämmitteinen) sekä palju. Saatat ehkä nähdä poroja suoraan mökin pihalla. Tarjoamme kesäkaudella (toukokuusta elokuuhun) käyttöönne kaksi SUP-lautaa, veneen ja kalastusvälineet. This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Keväälle 2024 valmistunut huvila sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla Äkäslompolon palveluiden ja aktiviteettien läheisyydessä. Valaistut hiihtoladut, skibussi/bussipysäkki ja kesällä uimaranta sijaitsevat kävelymatkan päässä. Pyöräilemään ja patikoimaan pääsee suoraan lomahuvilan pihasta. Huvila sopii erinomaisesti kahdelle perheelle, useammalle sukupolvelle tai vaikka aikuisporukassa aktiivilomaa viettäville. Yksitasoisesta huvilasta löytyy 4 makuuhuonetta ja kaksi erillistä wc:tä.

Villa was completed in June 2022 with high quality materials and decoration choices.
