The space is a basement apartment (complete with noise) and a game room/lobby area. The apartment is accessed via the game room and includes a living room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a small kitchen. The art and décor is Alaskan themed and very simple. The game room/lobby is very spacious common room that is shared with the main house. It includes a flat screen tv, a sectional sofa (well used), a pool table, a wood burning stove (only source of heat), air hockey and a Foosball table.

Little Bear cabin is nestled along the Boreal forest w/Caswell creek flowing through the property. You will hear birds sing, wind blowing the leaves of the birch tree and watch fish in the creek from kayaks or on our private trails.Our cabins are a place to reconnect. Also a first choice area for outdoor activities! World class fly fishing, hunting, snow machining, dog sled tours, skiing,hiking,rafting and more! Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets?
