Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. A 2 minute walk to Towan beach. Located right in the centre of Newquay close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Nicely laid out 1 bedroom apartment that will sleep up to 4 adults. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep 2 adults in the lounge area, the bathroom is through the bedroom. A travel cot is available on request. There is on street parking on the road outside the apartment.

Fistral Studio is a bijou beachy chalet only a few minutes walk from the gorgeous Fistral Beach. Fully redecorated in Jan 2024. Also close to Newquay Town Centre it has off street parking and its own outdoor space. The studio has everything one or two guests could need; double bed with sprung mattress, well equipped kitchen, shower room, table, and free fast WiFi. And an outdoor shower and BBQ. We can accommodate an infant and have a travel cot available to hire, please mention when booking.

It’s slap bang between Fistral and the Town beaches, Sainsburys is close by, and it avoids the noise of pubs and clubs. Our cottage has been lovingly restored. A footpath runs from the lane across the golf course to fistral beach 450m away. Nearby Fistral complex, Fore Street and the Harbour all have excellent restaurants and cafes. Lovely ground floor studio super close to Fistral and Towan Beach and the town center with local bars and restaurants. Sandy Toes is one of two studios next to our family home with parking and all the facilties to have an amazing stay. King size bed and bed settee suitable for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge (ice compartment), microwave and utensils. Shower room and central heating.
