This is a single bedroom dwelling with 2 sliding patio door entrances and decks. One entrance leads to the master bedroom and the other is the living room area. Explore nearby hiking trails or gaze upon the horse pasture with friendly horses that will come right up to the back patio for some gorgeous photo opportunities.

Bass & Birdie of the Shoals

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Come enjoy beautiful sunsets on your private deck while relaxing in a hot tub or sitting around the fire pit. Enjoy this cozy retreat only 1 mile from RTJ golf course, and 3 miles to the closest boat ramp. This home offers a kitchen with a coffee bar and wine cooler, interior/exterior TV, spacious walk-in shower and claw foot tub. We also offer boat and RV utility hook ups. Welcome to Maw's Cottage. My great-grandmother's house has been completely remodeled and renovated to include amenities such as a tankless water heater, a heated bathroom floor, and 3 separate mini split units strategically placed so each guest can control their ideal sleeping temperature. It is conveniently located near the Robert Trent Jones golf course and Colbert Alloys Park boat ramp. I remodeled this house as though I was going to be the one living in it, so I know you'll love it.

Just a short drive to plenty of dining choices with delicious food. The home has been completely Remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped, each bedroom is equipped with a smart tv, memory foam mattresses, and comfortable linens. The backyard is nice space with a picnic table and fire pit.
