The lake is home to eagles, herons, geese, ospreys and fish! You will see kayakers out there fishing! Stowe Mt and Smuggler’s Notch are both nearby. Breweries, art galleries, restaurants are close by. You can walk or bike to the 93 mile Lamoille Valley Rail Trail from our home. Our shed is available for storing your bikes, kayaks or skis.

Only a 3 min. drive to all of the activities at Smuggler's Notch Resort, restaurants, bars, and hiking, as well as the magical Golden Dog Farm "Golden Retriever Experience".

This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Vermont also has over 100 covered bridges for you to explore. Our guest house is the perfect little spot to call home while in Vermont. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of our county setting.

This is a spacious self contained unit with its own entrance in a beautiful VT lodge right next to Smugglers' Notch Resort. Enjoy air conditioning, a gas fireplace & a large private deck w grill. Many things to do nearby all seasons. Minutes from hiking "The Notch" and the Long Trail. 15-20 minutes to dining in Stowe in the summer and fall seasons. In the winter months you will need to take a 50 min detour around the mountain to Stowe. Enjoy cooking in a warm, well appointed kitchen.

Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier
