In the evenings enjoy a BBQ and a toasty fire under the stars. After a long walk or cycle through the woods enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool or a game of tennis.

One mile from the thriving village of Wye with pubs, great restaurants and shops for essentials. Further evening entertainment in nearby Canterbury (15 minutes by car or train) and wonderful beaches within easy reach.

The shepherds hut sits in its own field of 1/2 acre for your exclusive use, it has a wood fired hot tub and exterior seating on a large deck. Close to the ancient town of Rye with its many restaurants, pubs and cinema and blessed with a 16thCentuary pub a leisurely 10min stroll from the hut. Close to the beaches at Dungeness and Camber.

Just 8 miles from the costal village of Rye, 12 miles from the stunning beaches of Camber Sands, Hectors hut is an idillic quiet spot to stay with all of the modern amenities of Tenterden just 2 miles away.

Nestled in the High Weald AONB, between the two historic towns of Tenterden and Rye is our shepherd's hut "Gordon's View". Located on a quiet working farm our hut has beautiful uninterrupted countryside views and is situated in it's own field with peaceful surroundings that make it feel very private. The large patio doors opening onto the outside seating area, the wood burner and the underfloor heating all make for a comfortable stay at any time of the year!

Hut in the Vines - all inclusive

A unique rural getaway at Hut in the Vines. Discreetly nestled at the back end of or tiny vineyard, which is now in its 8th year. and very private. Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a vineyard view. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired pizza oven and an electric wall heater-lit with festoon lighting. ONE Small doggy welcome.
