Just minutes from Manning Point Beach, it offers the ideal spot to start your day with a sunrise walk. Once a working dairy, now converted to a one bedroom cottage with a spacious, sun-filled living area, full kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and cosy Queen-sized bedroom with a beautiful outlook onto the paddocks.

This 100 year old house offers a rustic & retro beach house experience. Kept simple, comfortable, it offers classic fun including jigsaws, games & yes a TV & DVD & we've recently added wifi. It is only a 5 minute bush walk to stunning Blackhead Beach or 10 minutes through a sub-tropical rainforest to the shops. Once you've arrived there's no need to get in your car til you're ready to go home.

Smiths Lake Retreat

2 Bedroom cottage nestled within a rain-forest. Split level open plan, polished boards throughout, large well equipped kitchen, main bathroom with bath and modern laundry and powder room with second toilet. Lounge and dining area opens via modern bifolds onto large rear deck which is positioned looking out to the rain-forest to maximize the feeling of seclusion and privacy.

Bellbourie is set on 200 acres with approximately 5 acres of lawns, orchard and private gardens which can be used to wander, picnic or simply sit and enjoy the quiet.
