Welcome to "The Shop House," your serene escape surrounded by nature. Nestled on a peaceful 5-acre. This cozy guest house features a modern rustic charm designed to make you feel right at home. With one bedroom one bathroom with a pull out sofa. It's ideal for individuals, couples, or small families. Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is only a 25-minute drive away. Sarasota/Bradenton Airport (SRQ) a little over a hour away. Then the Southwest Florida Airport (RSW) just at a hour away.

Quaint Cottage w/access to Peace River canoe/kayak

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.

A beautiful kitchenette, en-suite washer and dryer and other thoughtful amenities will make your stay with us feel like home! The room is attached to the owner’s single family home on the opposite side with private sliding door entrance from the back lanai.
