Huset erbjuder en fantastisk utsikt mot Råå hamn och Helsingborg i norr, över Danmark och Ven och ända ner till Öresundsbron som man ser klara dagar. Det är ett par kilometer till Rydebäcks centrum och närmaste restaurang ligger på ca 10 min gångavstånd.

Egen gästdel på vackra ön Hven.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med en våningssäng, 120 samt 90 cm breda sovplatser samt ett pentry. En toalett med handfat samt ett separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Lakan och handdukar ingår.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Mysigt boende nära Söderåsens Nationalpark

Huset ligger nära Söderåsens Nationalpark, Rönne Å och Bandsjön. Här finns det masser med möjlighet till kortare eller längre utflykter i naturen, till exempel vandring, paddla kanot, bada i sjön eller cykla på dressiner. Avståndet till Helsingborg och Lund är bara 45 i bil, om man vill till staden på sightseeing. Denna destinationen passar familier med barn, ensam-äventyrar, par eller du som är på en längre resa, och behöver en enkelt övernatning på vägen.

Huset ligger i ett lugnt och kulturskyddat område i centrala Landskrona. Parkering kan göras i området, dock ej avgiftsfri utan kostar SEK2/timme dygnet runt. Lägenheten ligger på första våningen i ett tvåfamiljshus, där värdparet bor i lägenheten ovanför. Ytan är ca 74 kvm, fördelat på kök, badrum, sovrum med dubbelsäng samt två vardagsrum, varav i det ena finns en bäddsoffa. Gården lummig och inbjudande och erbjuder flera sittplatser.
