Newly built carriage house has modern amenities & was designed with an eye for eclectic decor with west elm and anthropologie. One bedroom, full kitchen, with full glass shower bath, complete with washer & dryer. Experience all Indy has to offer in this centrally located space! Great historic, quiet, accessible neighborhood - walking distance to children's & art museum, 5 minute uber to downtown, Mass Ave or Broadripple & 15 minutes to speedway or airport! 5-6 minute drive to convention center, monument circle & 3 minutes to state fairgrounds. One bedroom with a queen size bed. Small couch in living room and blow up air mattress available. Pack and play also available. Access to the Carriage House Space. We will be out of your way, during your stay! You'll have access via a sidewalk along our home to enter and exit the carriage house as you please with a gate access code being provided to you during the week prior to your stay. The home is set in Historic Meridian Park, steps away from a handful of charming eateries and cafes, as well as The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. The Fall Creek Parkway walking path is nearby. Downtown attractions are a 15-minute drive away. Our neighborhood is located in a prime location to access all of Greater Indianapolis seamlessly. 5-7 minutes from broadripple, monument circle or convention center. 15 minutes to the Speedway or the airport. 3 minutes to the Children's Museum, Newfields (formerly Indianapolis Museum of Art - IMA) or to the StateFairgrounds. Plenty of access to nearby parks, access the Monon Trail with a 5 minute walk. Great restaurants, bars, breweries are all nearby with a short drive or uber ride - and soon with the new Indy Redline which will help you around town through public transportation, will be just a few short blocks away. Looking to head up north for shopping in Carmel or visit Saks or Nordstrom at the Keystone Fashion Mall - you're roughly a 10-12 minute drive from all of the action up North! We have a security system and ring cameras throughout our property for safety and visibility. Please treat our space as if it were your own. This is a space we use primarily for our own personal guests and visiting family and as a home office during the work week. We love our space and we hope you will do the same! The home is set in Historic Meridian Park, a charming historic and eclectic residential neighborhood. Steps away from The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis and Newfields Art Museum. The Fall Creek Parkway walking path is nearby and catch the new Redline modern transportation line which is only 3 blocks away and will transport within a 13 mile route to the hottest areas of the city!
