The second floor features a spacious and bright master bed as well 2 other large bedrooms and 2nd bath.The finished basement is setup with a new 4K projector. You could also walk down the paved road to the neighborhood beach & swim platform. About 30 minutes to Pats Peak, Sunapee, or Crotched Mtn ski resorts. Beds for 6, 2 full baths, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, open living space, gas fireplace, water views, gas grill, parking, firepit, internet. We do not allow pets or smoking.

Golf is less than 5 minutes' drive and skiing is 25 minutes away. Breathtaking fall foliage, and snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter.

Newly-renovated, 650 square foot cabin with a wall unit AC, fire pit, grill, smart TVs, kayaks, paddle board, and all the amenities you’ll need. (FYI: We also own another lakefront Airbnb right down the street that accommodates 10 guests. Ask for link.) *A brand new retaining wall and dock will be installed May 2024. This will extend and even out the lawn for nights around the firepit!
