Condo is on the end so you can see all the way down the coast. We are just a half hour from the best beach in the US, with a good public beach even closer.

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

This recently renovated 1B/1B cottage is centrally located between St George Island and Apalachicola. Up to 4 guests can be accommodated, with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. A smart TV is in the living room & wireless internet is available. In the Kitchenette you will find a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and small sink. (This house does NOT have a stove) A propane grill is just outside the screened in porch. You can grill and enjoy a beautiful water view.

You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).
