The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. Our duplex apartment is centrally located on Main St. in the middle of downtown Northampton. Steps away from restaurants, nightclubs, museums, galleries, theaters and Smith College. Park your car and spend your day exploring our beautiful little city. You'll be staying in a sunny, spacious, private bedroom, with high ceilings, and windows looking down on Main St. Downstairs is an airy kitchen and living room. Central A/C & Heat. Wifi. FYI we do have a shy kitty.

Hill-Ross Guest Suite

You'll have the Guest Suite at The Historic Hill-Ross Homestead with private entrance all to yourself. Guest Suite is the renovated carriage house ell off the main farmhouse which houses 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 bathroom including your own private patio. One bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed and a single bunk bed. Hill Ross Homestead is a short, 5 minute walk into downtown Florence.

Lake Escape

Our place is on a gravel road on a serene lake. You’ll love the tranquility - not far from city life, but ideal to just relax. This secluded summer spot includes… -kayaks for exploring, and -a paddle boat for relaxing on the water. There are also many enjoyable attractions in the towns nearby, including Shelburne, Williamsburg, Ashfield, and Cummington. It's great for couples & families.
