King's Cabin - An Off-Grid Stay

Escape to King’s Cabin, a tiny off-grid retreat in the middle of a serene meadow! Cozy wood-paneled walls, a double bed, and a woodstove keep things warm, while a car battery powers just one outlet. No AC, running water, you will not find Wi-Fi here, and cell service is spotty at best, making it the perfect place to unplug completely. Enjoy the outhouse, our spacious deck, fire pit, and propane grill. Enter through a locked gate, walk the mowed path, and enjoy a true rural Vermont experience!

Welcome to the Nest- a private one-bedroom loft apartment above a converted garage, set in scenic rural Vermont. The space includes a full kitchen and elevated views of the surrounding countryside. Guests enjoy shared access to a sauna, exercise equipment , firepit, and gas BBQ, along with hiking and cross-country ski trails on the property. A peaceful retreat just 35 minutes from Smugglers’ Notch, 25 minutes to Lake Champlain, 40 minutes to Burlington, and 1.5 hours from downtown Montréal.

ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection.
