As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Seahouse Studio is located on one of the Mornington Peninsula's most spectacularly unique properties. It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

Seaford Sands is our newly styled 3 bedroom, two-storey townhouse is ideal for the perfect family getaway for those that want to relax and unwind.\n\nThis elegant and tastefully appointed townhouse was inspired by the beautiful beach houses in The Hamptons, New York, and has an abundance of natural light to offer modern and welcoming coastal living.

Mornington Bayside Escape with Views

1950s architect designed property. Restaurants, shops, cafes, pubs, wine bars located within walking distance. Less than 900 metres (10 min walk) to the beach. With a large open plan living area, four large bedrooms, with a super king in the main bedroom, queen and two single trundles. Ensuite to the main, and large central bathroom with claw foot bath. Multiple outdoor living spaces with an electric shade sail over the outside lounge area.

The Little House - 1 Queen bed, Netflix, Wi-Fi

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.

Little Mount Martha

Little Mount Martha is a pet-friendly, spa retreat on the Mornington Peninsula. The studio has its own parking, gated access, private garden with outdoor spa, kitchen, fireplace and ensuite. Walking distance to beaches and the village. Short drive from Mornington Peninsula wineries, restaurants, the Pillars, hiking trails and much more!
