The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

With an award-winning village pub a short stroll down the hill, a village shop and cafe, as well as Iford Manor with its renowned gardens just a stones throw away, there is plenty to do. You can also arrange to play tennis at the neighboring Hall.

This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

There are some wonderful walks to local pubs following the riverside and canals. All just 15 minutes from Bath by car but the secret of this location is the 9 minute train journey to Bath from the village station, just a short stroll from the cottages.
