The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

This spacious unit consists of two bedrooms. There is one bathroom which includes a shower and tub. One bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a flat-screen tv and the other bedroom a full-size bed and work space. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, a gas stove, and a refrigerator with a water filter and ice maker. It is stocked with complimentary coffee with a snack basket and for business or pleasure, the unit is supplies high-speed internet.
