This location is perfect for those seeking a unique place to stay while enjoying all the adventures available around the area including hiking trails, horseback riding, ATV riding, hunting, and some of the best mountain biking around. There is beautiful aspen covered,alpine high country nearby as well as red rock desert/ formations including a series of natural arches.

Welcome to F-Town Central! 32 steps to the Park, 156 steps to BestSlope Coffee, 297 steps to Copper Club Brewery (yes, I counted them). What more is there to say? It's a clean, cute, updated 2-bedroom in the heart of Fruita. The home uses Evaporative Cooling during the summer. Kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances (fridge plays Pandora!). Large, shaded backyard comes standard with a BBQ grill and firepit for those evening chill sessions. Shed can be used for safe bike storage too!

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.

We have completely renovated the space, adding vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. It's located on a corner lot with completely fenced in parking. The cabin is located 2.2 miles from the Tabegauche Trailhead (biking trails), 2.8 miles from Colorado Mesa University and 2 miles from downtown GJ. You will be 2 mins away from a grocery store, liquor store, and a yoga studio!

We encourage you to walk downtown, only 6 blocks away. The Colorado National Monument, regional airport, CMU, library, Science Center for kids, and bike trails are very close.

What sets us apart: We are located in a private, wooded neighborhood in the center of town on .6 of an acre. This quaint and charming cottage is fresh, clean, and super cozy. There is a private patio and section of our large yard that is for our guests and animals enjoyment. Wildlife frequents the property including deer and ducks. Guests tell us that we are in the center of it all but it is very quiet and peaceful. We allow smoking on the patio only, not inside the cottage.
