This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. A clean and cozy apartment, perfect for a couple, but with possibility for renting two other rooms for altogether 5 people if necessary. The apartment is situated on the top floor of a house in central Fuglafjørð. Grocery shops, café/bar, culture house, ATM, bus stop and the beach is literally within 2. min. walk. The backyard is a small public park with an outdoor café, where people meet for coffee in beautiful surroundings. The tourist information is our next door neighbour.

It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Denne særlige bolig er meget velisoleret og varm, og den er udstyret med gulvvarme , sum er meget behageligt og varmt i kolde temperaturer. Den ligger tæt på havet og for enden af en blind vej. Boligen er totalt 20 m2, og er et rum med køkken og senge plus et moderne badeværelse med bruser med masser af varmt vand. Der er bageovn og kogeplader, emhætte. Køleskab med indbygget fryser og ellers alt almindeligt køkkenudstyr.

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

Blue boathouse in Klaksvík, Faroe Islands

Experience this newly built boathouse located right by the seafront and only 100 m from a grocery store, local bakery/cafe, public svimming/spa hall and public busses. The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the main area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sofa area with a TV that has access to several channels and wifi.

Hyggeligt hus i Viðareiði. Renoveret i 2019, oprindelig bygget i 1905. Viðareiði er en landsby. Her bor 360 mennesker. Smuk natur med store fjelde. Du kan gå til "Enniberg" Placeringen er fantastisk og har en af de smukkeste udsigt over Færøerne. På Viðareiði er der en rimelig stor legeplads for børn og en fodboldsbane. Det er ingen butik på Viðareiði.

Cozy cabin sitting in the small valley Vesturi í Dal, with the river Gjógvará running just by. The location offers a wonderful natural playground for children, the peace and quiet that only nature has to offer, all while being within a couple of kilometers of shops, resturant, bar, cultural house and information office.

Cozy boathouse by the sea

Great location on the beach. Located in a peaceful area with sand/stone beach and private dock. On the beach, children can play and catch crabs. Old boathouse from the first in the 20th century, which has been converted into an apartment. Completly rebuilt in 2020. Boat and washer/dryer are in the basement (Neyst)
