Explore the sights of Copenhagen and retreat to our villa by the lake, when you need to relax or focus. Dive into nature and enjoy the peace, birds singing, beautiful surroundings, and wildlife. You might also go for a dip in the lake from your very own private pier. 2 km to shopping, 800 m to bus and 4 km to S-train station

Villaen ligger på en stor grund med direkte udgang til Hareskoven, hvor der er gode mountainbikespor. På grunden findes bålplads. Fra villaen er der direkte udgang til en 100 km2 stor træterrasse med delvis overdækning og med loungeområde, spiseområde og grill. I nærområdet er Søndersø med badebro. S-tog station er 7 min. gang væk med direkte linie til København.

Very suitable for family with small kids as there are trampolin, swings, slides and hammock in the beautiful Garden. At the lower floor there is an office/guest facilities and can be used as bedroom no 3. with a bed that can be single or double bed. Besides that, there is a double air mattress. The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

Sal og et stort soveværelse i kælder. Huset har to badeværelser og et gæstetoilet. Der er fem min. Kørsel til Farum Bytorv med mange butikker. Til København centrum er der ca. 20 min. I bil

Velkommen til vores lille anneks fra 1812. Annekset er en fin bolig holdt i afslappet stil. Det ligger i flotte omgivelser lige op til skov og sø, og er perfekt som stille arbejdsplads eller som roligt gæstehus. Det er et ældre hus, der rummer alt hvad I skal bruge. Dejlig dobbeltseng i soveværelset, fuldt udstyret køkken. I stuen er der en dejlig stor hjørnesofa og pejs. Stuen ligger op ad et beboet værelse, som ikke er en del af udlejningen.

Området er ret stille og roligt beliggende i et kvarter med ældre og børnefamilier. Oplagt hjem til 2 voksne, et stort og et lille barn. Eller to voksne plus en til 2 teenager.
