Conveniently located just minutes off the Trans Canada Highway. Ideal for travellers who need a last minute stay or those looking for a peaceful place to relax. Sip your coffee while eagle watching along side the Saint John River.Our rustic cottage has everything you need. Located an hour from Moncton,15 min to Oromocto, 25 to Fredericton. Seasonal items are unavailable during fall/winter. We do have access to trails if you’d like to bring your own snowshoes,cross country skis,snowmobile or ATV.

Baysands Vacation Rentals

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Relax in the solarium or on the private beach and take in the views of the beautiful Belleisle Bay. There’s plenty of room to socialize in the large living room or the attached entertainment area which houses a fireplace, big screen TV & ample seating for everyone. The loft-style bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private balcony with breathtaking water views. Relax on the spacious deck, dine outdoors, or enjoy stunning sunsets. In summer, kayak and swim; in winter, skate or cozy up by the fire. This peaceful cabin is the perfect blend of comfort — a place where memories are made.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Washademoak Lake House

Bring the whole family to this amazing and private Cottage on 1.5 acres of waterfront property on the popular Washademoak Lake. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the sunrise from the spacious wrap around deck. Kayak or paddle board the calm waters in the cove, swim out to the raft, or dock your boat on 200 feet of water front. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor with a King-sized bed. Two more bedrooms with double beds are upstairs along with another bath and a double futon sofa.

The May Queen

Located in the quiet riverside village of Gagetown, The May Queen is named after one of the many steamboats that once sailed the Saint John/Woolastook River. Built in 1860 as the manse for the Methodist church, the rooms are large and bright, inviting guests to stay and enjoy the tranquil environment of the house and gardens, talk a walk iun the village, or enjoy a paddle on the river. Each of the three rooms has its own ensuite bathroom, with a fourth bathroom located on the main floor.

The Star Dome at the Belleisle Bayview Retreat!

We offer one night stays! Enjoy stunning panoramic sunset views of the beautiful Belleisle Bay in the Star Dome; situated in a natural meadow near the lodge building. The Star Dome provides a unique experience with propane fireplace, and a clear roof for star gazing. The outdoor viewing deck includes a kitchen with all utensils/ hot sink, hot shower, toilet and BBQ. Round out your relaxation with our Finnish wood-stove sauna and cold tub at $50 per hour.
